变应原标准化在尘螨变应原特异性免疫治疗中的应用
Application of allergen standardization in dust mite allergen specific immunotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Allergen-specific immunotherapy(AIT)is the only curative intervention,which is capable of altering natural course of allergic diseases and inducing allergen immune tolerance.AIT induces immune tol-erance,leading to relief of symptoms and reduced reliance on concomitant medications by administering gradu-ally increasing doses of causative allergen extract.To ensure clinical safety and efficacy of AIT,allergen stand-ardization is essential to guarantee consistent biological activity and batch-to-batch reproducibility of allergen extract.This review outlines key concepts underlying standardized allergen preparations currently employed in clinical practice.Using house dust mite-specific immunotherapy as an example,the establishment and imple-mentation of standardized systems,covering critical aspects such as preparation and identification of raw materi-als,extraction and purification of allergenic active substances and formulation manufacturing were summarized in this review.Investigation should focus on advancing allergen standardization to further optimize clinical appli-cation in the future.关键词
