乡村振兴背景下网店运营与管理高职课程"教学+助农"模式探索与实践

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the in-depth implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural e-commerce,as an important way to promote the upward flow of agricultural products and increase farmers'income,is facing a situation where development opportunities and challenges coexist.In view of the current problems such as talent shortage and insufficient skills in the development of agricultural product e-commerce,this paper explores the practical path of the"teaching+agricultural assistance"model of higher vocational courses in online store operation and management.Through strategies such as reconstructing course content,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and driving skills competitions,theoretical teaching and practical operation are closely integrated,aiming to cultivate compound talents who understand both e-commerce operations and agricultural production.The research results show that this model can effectively improve farmers'e-commerce literacy,provide students with rich practical opportunities,promote the diversified development of the rural economy,brings new ideas for innovation in higher vocational education in the context of rural revitalization,and also provide a reference model for rural e-commerce talents.关键词
