Abstract
In order to investigate the level of"knowledge,attitude and practice"about brucellosis in cattle and sheep farming households in Ningxia,and to provide date reference for further amending and improving strategies for animal brucellosis prevention and control,the farms/households were sampled and investigated based on cross-sectional study on face-to-face questionnaires,the date were typed into QueationaireStar App and analyzed using SPSS software to find factors for KAP level.The results showed that the average awareness rate for brucellosis was 65.88％,the positive rate of attitude towards brucellosis prevention and control was 86.05％,the positive rate of personal protective behaviors was 47.54％,the positive rate of breeding process behaviors was 31.47％;Multi-factor logistics regression analysis revealed that junior college and above culture level farmer has a high level of KAP(P<0.05).In conclusion,the level of knowledge about brucellosis among farms/households is uneven,with positive beliefs but inadequate behavioral conversion.The intervention intensity of promotional training should be increased,official information channels need to be strengthened,systematicity and frequency should be taken seriously,the forms of publicity should be diversified,the acceptance of lower education groups needs to be improved,to enhance the effectiveness of publicity and training,to enhance the awareness and initiative of livestock farmers in prevention and control,to reduce the incidence rate of human brucellosis and the occurrence and transmission risk of animal Brucellosis from the source.关键词
