土地流转对农旅融合的影响研究

Abstract
Land transfer is of far-reaching significance in the process of rural economic and agricultural modernization.Based on panel data from 30 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of land transfer on the integration of agriculture and tourism and its possible mechanisms.The impact of land transfer on the integration of agriculture and tourism is empirically tested through a fixed effect model.Research shows that land transfer can significantly promote the integration of agriculture and tourism,and robustness tests also confirm that the above research results are credible;mechanism verification shows that land transfer will promote the integration of agriculture and tourism by increasing the income of rural residents;a heterogeneity analysis based on geographical location found that land transfer has a better effect on promoting the integration of agriculture and tourism in areas with relatively large terrain fluctuations and economically developed areas.In order to effectively promote the integration of agriculture and tourism,land transfer should be steadily promoted and precise policies should be implemented based on regional differences.At the same time,attention should be paid to improving the positive role of rural residents'income in land transfer.关键词
