Abstract
The construction of digital rural areas,driven by the digital economy to achieve digital transformation of traditional industries,is an important measure to promote rural revitalization.This article focuses on the construction of digital villages in Hulunbuir City,and analyzes the planning theory of existing digital construction based on the TOE analysis framework combined with technology,organization,and environment.Elaborating relevant local policies and pointing out the current challenges and dilemmas,this article puts forward corresponding policy suggestions based on the actual development situation and practical experience of Hulunbeir City,striving to provide some path suggestions for promoting the construction of digital countryside in Hulunbeir City.关键词
