数字玻片在植物病理学实验课程教学中的应用
摘要
Abstract
Slide specimens,a kind of teaching resource that can be used to observe the morphological characteristics of pathogens,play an important role in the experimental teaching of plant pathology.However,some limitations are intrinsic to the traditional slide in experimental teaching of plant pathology,which are easily damaged and are difficult to replenish the stocks.Here,traditional glass slides are transferred into digital slides by using the digital slice scanning and application system.A digital slides database has been established which would help to make full use of teaching resources and integration,and improve the experimental teaching of plant pathology.关键词
