Abstract
Rural revitalization is an important part of China's modernization and the only way to achieve common prosperity.Talent is the key to rural revitalization.In the implementation of the rural talent strategy,the government,education and training institutions and township enterprises need to build consensus,give full play to their respective advantages,identify the focus of rural talent revitalization,optimize the top-level design of talent gathering,create a good talent ecological environment,improve the talent introduction and training system and mechanism,and improve the talent working mechanism provides strong talent support and intellectual support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.关键词
