大农业观视域下乡村产业人才培养模式进路研究

Abstract
Different from traditional agriculture,macro-agriculture has the attributes of being multi-functional,open,and comprehensive.In the new era,the high-quality development of rural industries has become inevitable,thus posing new era requirements for the talent needs of the rural agricultural industry.Vocational colleges should be based on the requirements of agricultural modernization and focus on the needs of the rural industrial chain under the perspective on macro-agriculture,guided by cultivating talents in modern agriculture-based large-scale industry,large-scale production and large-scale management,and build a macro-agricultural talent training model in the new era.关键词
