Advances in in vitro Embryo Production from Prepubertal Lambs
摘要
Abstract
Juvenile in vitro embryo transfer(JIVET)is an advanced embryo production technology that shortens the generation inter-val by utilizing oocytes from juvenile lambs as donors.This technology holds significant potential for rapidly expanding and breed-ing superior sheep breeds.In recent years,researchers have made significant progress in optimizing the JIVET process and have made initial attempts to apply the technology in the practical production of sheep.This review summarizes the principles and signif-icance of JIVET technology,its historical development and current status,existing challenges and improvement strategies,and fu-ture prospects for industrialization and application in sheep.This review aims to provide industry professionals with a comprehen-sive understanding of the progress and application prospective of this technology,as well as to offer insights for advancing its devel-opment and industrial implementation.关键词
