超声引导下肩峰下富血小板血浆注射治疗部分肩袖损伤的疗效观察
A Retrospective Study on the Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Subacromial PRP Injection for Partial Rotator Cuff Injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided subacromial platelet-rich plasma(PRP)injection for partial rotator cuff injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 150 patients with partial rotator cuff injury admitted to Yangpu Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from July 2019 to June 2023.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a control group(injection of compound betamethasone under ultrasound guidance,n=75)and an observation group(injection of autologous PRP under ultrasound guidance,n=75).The efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS),Constant-Murley shoulder score(CMS),inflammatory indicators(IL-6,TNF-α,TGF-β1)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores,serum IL-6,TNF-α,and TGF-β1 levels decreased in both groups,and the indexes in the observation group were lower at 1 and 3 months after treatment(P＜0.05).Both groups showed an increase in CMS scores after treatment,and the CMS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 and 3 months after treatment(P＜0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups(x2=0.429,P=0.513).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided subacromial PRP injection has a significant therapeutic effect on partial rotator cuff injuries,alleviating shoulder pain,improving shoulder joint function,and reducing inflammatory response in patients.关键词
