延安地区3-14岁儿童功能性胃肠道疾病与饮食因素的关联性研究
A Study on the Association between Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders and Dietary Factors in Children Aged 3-14 Years in Yan'an City
摘要
Abstract
l Objective To explore the association between functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGID)and dietary factors in children aged 3-14 years in Yan'an city,and to provide evidence for targeted intervention measures.Methods A total of 124 children aged 3-14 years hospitalized in Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 due to FGID were selected as the study group.Concurrently,248 age-matched healthy children were selected as the control group.General information was collected using a self-made questionnaire.Dietary structure was investigated using the Preschooler's Semi-quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire in Northwest China,and dietary behavior was assessed using the Children's Eating Behavior Questionnaire(CEBQ).Results The proportions of children with non-parental primary caregivers,low-quality dietary patterns,and problematic dietary behaviors were significantly higher in the study group than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of dietary patterns and dietary behaviors in predicting FGID was 0.854 and 0.719,respectively,and that of the combination was 0.904.Multivariate analysis revealed that having non-parental primary caregivers,low-quality dietary patterns,and problematic dietary behaviors were independent risk factors for FGID(P＜0.05).Conclusion Functional gastrointestinal disorders in children aged 3-14 years in Yan'an city are closely related to dietary factors.Low-quality dietary patterns and problematic dietary behaviors are independent risk factors for FGID.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen guidance on children's dietary behaviors and promote high-quality dietary patterns to prevent the occurrence of FGID.关键词
