miR-486-5p、miR-192-5p在老年骨质疏松症患者中的表达及临床意义
Expression Levels of miR-486-5p and miR-192-5p in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis and Their Clinical Significances

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression levels of miR-486-5p and miR-192-5p in elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP)and their clinical significances.Methods A total of 148 elderly OP patients treated in the Department of Geriatrics,Hai'an People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research group,and 108 healthy volunteers undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum samples were collected for measuring miR-486-5p,miR-192-5p,and inflammatory factors(interleukin-1β[IL-1β],IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α]).Bone mineral density(BMD)of the total hip,femoral head and lumbar 1-4(L1-L4)was detected.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to identify the correlation of miR-486-5p and miR-192-5p with BMD and serum inflammatory factors.The diagnostic value of miR-486-5p and miR-192-5p in elderly OP was analyzed using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The levels of miR-486-5p,IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α in the study group were significantly higher than those ofthe control group,and miR-192-5p,the BMD of total hip,femoral neck,and L1-L4 were significantly lower(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis found that miR-486-5p was positively correlated with IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α levels,and negatively correlated with BMD of total hip,femoral neck,and L1-L4,while miR-192-5p was negatively correlated with IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,and positively correlated with BMD of total hip,femoral neck,and L1-L4(P＜0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of miR-486-5p and miR-192-5p in diagnosing elderly OP was 0.754 and 0.715,respectively.The AUC of their combination was 0.856,with the sensitivity of 77.00％ and specificity of 80.62％.Conclusion MiR-486-5p is abnormally upregulate,and miR-192-5p is abnormally downregulated in serum of elderly OP patients.They are correlated with BMD and inflammatory factors,and their combination is capable of diagnosing elderly OP.关键词
