摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of erbium-doped yttrium-aluminum-garnet(Er:Yag)lasers irradiation with different parameters on the removal of all-ceramic crown restorations,and to provide references for selecting optimal parameters of clinical Er:Yag laser.Methods A total of 141 healthy orthodontic subtraction teeth extracted in the Stomatology Center,Suining Central Hospital from April 2023 to October 2024 were collected.After tooth preparation,all-ceramic crowns were bonded,and a disassembly model was established.According to the thickness of the all-ceramic crown restoration,extracted teeth were divided into group A(1.0 mm Vita amber porcelain,n=73)and group B(1.5 mm Vita amber porcelain,n=68).Each group was divided into 2 subgroups,including group A,(n=36),group A2(n=37),Group B1(n=35),and Group B2(n=33).When Er:Yag laser dismantling,the laser power was 2.5 W in subgroup 1,and 3.5 W in the subgroup 2.The time and temperature of Er:Yag laser bonding removal in each group were recorded,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the bonding surface of the isolated teeth.Results The disassembly time of group A1 was significantly longer than that of group A2,and the pulp temperature was significantly lower than that of group A2(P<0.05).The disassembly time of group B1 was significantly longer than that of group B2,and the pulp temperature was significantly lower than that of group B2(P<0.05).Damage to the enamel surface after laser irradiation was not observed.Conclusion For 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm Vita amber porcelain,a great Er:YAG laser power indicates a short removal time,and a high sample temperature will not cause damage to the enamel surface.
