帕博利珠单抗联合心理疏导治疗高龄晚期黑素瘤患者的临床研究
Analysis of Therapeutic effect of Pembrolizumab Combined with Psychological Counseling on Elderly Patients with Advanced Melanoma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of pembrolizumab combined with psychological counseling on elderly patients with advanced melanoma.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with advanced melanoma treated in the Cangzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were recruited.They were divided into the control group(n=35,pembrolizumab)and observation group(n=33,pembrolizumab combined with psychological counseling)according to treatment methods.Treatment efficacy,physical activity time,adverse events,and disease-free survival(DFS)were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the total effective rate between the control group and the observation group(P＞0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of adverse events,overall survival,DFS,and time to progression between the two groups(P＜0.05).The evaluation Results of the physical condition of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Among the surviving patients one year later,patients in the observation group believed that psychological counseling had a great effect on themselves,and their self-worth identification was significantly higher than those in the control group\(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of pembrolizumab and psychological counseling therapy can significantly improve the physical fitness and quality of life of elderly patients with advanced melanoma,and it is more likely to enhance their confidence in life.关键词
