去甲斑蝥素逆转肿瘤耐药的作用研究进展
Research Progress of Norcantharidin in Reversing Tumor Drug Resistance
摘要
Abstract
The morbidity and mortality of tumors continue to increase,but tumor drug resistance is the major challenge in anti-cancer treatment.Drug resistance is one of the main reasons leading to treatment failure and poor prognosis.In recent years,norcantharidin(NCTD)has been widely concerned for its unique anti-tumor activity,especially making significant progress in reversing tumor drug resistance.NCTD reduces drug resistance of tumor cells by inhibiting drug efflux,inducing apoptosis,inhibiting DNA repair,regulating signaling pathways,and inhibiting mitotic slippage.This article reviewed the mechanism and research progress of NCTD in reversing tumor resistance to chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and endocrine therapy,and discussed the application prospects and potential challenges of NCTD,aiming to provide a new perspective for scientific research and clinical treatment.关键词
