The Realistic Patterns,International Mirror,and Action Strategies of China's Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Participating in School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract
The involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises in collaborative school-enterprise initiatives is a crucial approach to advancing the synergy of education driving production and production aiding education.Despite holding a dominant position in employment and market share,small and medium-sized enterprises have long been overlooked as resources for cultivating school-enterprise cooperation.The main barriers preventing small and medium-sized enterprises from engaging in collaborative school-enterprise initiatives include instability in their operational environment,lack of industrial appeal,inadequate resource endowments,and weak competitive edge.Clustering represents a pioneering approach for foreign small and medium-sized enterprises to engage in collaborative school-enterprise activities.This involves establishing interconnective platforms for entities,setting up organizational management structures,attracting consistent and abundant resources,and developing cooperative mechanisms within clusters.Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises participating in collaborative school-enterprise activities can draw insights from international clusters of these enterprises,establish interactive dialogue platforms between schools and enterprises,implement admission systems for small and medium-sized enterprises,create funding programs for such collaborations,and enhance training for partners involved in these collaborations to advance school-enterprise cooperation among small and medium-sized enterprises.关键词
