摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of empowerment theory,it is found that lifelong vocational skills training faces the following dilemmas:the imbalance of training decision-making power caused by policy implementation deviation,the low economic efficiency resulting from uneven resource allocation,the training adaptability crisis caused by the disconnection from social needs,and the attenuation of educational effectiveness due to the solidification of training content and methods.Based on this,countermeasures are proposed,including constructing a participatory training decision-making mechanism,optimizing the allocation of training resources,strengthening the connection between training and social needs,and innovating training content and methods.The aim is to achieve the"reconstruction of power and ability"of the training system,enhance learners'vocational abilities and social participation,and promote the high-quality development of lifelong vocational skills training in the context of the new era.
