产教融合背景下高职院校学术治理的现实困境与突破路径
Realistic Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Academic Governance in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract
Academic governance in higher vocational colleges constitutes a vital component of institutional gover-nance modernization and serves as the core engine propelling the high-quality development of vocational education.However,Based on the analysis of academic committee charter texts,higher vocational colleges face practical chal-lenges in academic governance,including severe deficiencies in charters,incomplete coverage of functions,regional disparities,ineffective decision-making authority,and weak oversight mechanisms.From the perspective of faculty participation,issues such as low willingness to engage,a focus only on matters of personal interest,and professors'lack of enthusiasm for research further compound these challenges.The root causes lie in the failure to properly bal-ance academic power with administrative and market influences,as well as the inability to motivate faculty engage-ment in academic governance.In the current era of pursuing"high-quality industry-education integration",higher vocational colleges can address these issues by redefining the relationship between academic power,project-based systems,and bureaucratic structures.This includes embedding industry-education integration into academic gover-nance through institutional design and encouraging full faculty participation.Such approaches ensure that academic activities align with vocational education principles while effectively supporting industrial upgrading.关键词
