五年制高职教师数字胜任力发展的现状、挑战与对策
The Current Situation,Challenges,and Countermeasures of Digital Competence Development for Five-Year Vocational College Teachers

Abstract
Based on the framework of teachers'digital competence,a survey was conducted on 2189 five-year vocational college teachers in Jiangsu Province.The results show that teachers perform well in digital professional development and evaluation,digital security and ethics,but perform weakly in digital teaching design and implementation.Factors such as gender,age,education level,and professional title have a significant impact on teachers'digital competence,with young teachers,highly educated teachers,and teachers with senior professional titles performing better.In addition,professional course teachers perform better than public course teachers in the overall digital competency dimension.To this end,it is necessary to establish a systematic framework for the development of teachers'digital competence,implement targeted enhancement plans of teaehers'digital competence,strengthen the construction of digital teaching resources and platforms,establish evaluation and incentive mechanisms of teaehers'digital competence,promote school enterprise cooperation to integrate social resources,and enhance teachers'digital security and digital ethics awareness,in order to comprehensively enhance the digital competence of five-year vocational college teachers.关键词
