摘要

Abstract

"In-class competition"is a universal beneficial teaching activity aimed at promoting the transformation of the achievements of skills competitions.Based on the analysis of job competencies and competition items,it integrates job standards and competition plans into curriculum standards and curriculum content.It is a competitive teaching activity organized in class,open to all students,and judged immediately according to the standards and teaching plan.The proposal of in-class competition not only has value implications such as adhering to educational equity,sticking to the original aspiration of education,strengthening curriculum awareness,and improving teaching quality,but also conforms to the principles of Marxist philosophy,pedagogy,psychology,and management science.Its implementation mainly follows the paths of relying on competitions and comprehensively combining with competition content;integrating into the classroom and effectively combining with teaching methods;connecting with jobs and deeply combining with actual work;taking students as the center and highly combining with assessment and evaluation.
