摘要

Abstract

Galvanized steel strip of metal corrugated pipe of prestressed pipe in reactor building containment must have the characteristics of low friction coefficient and corrosion resistance.To optimize the phosphating and saponification process of domestic galvanized steel strip,the effects of NO3-,Mn2+,Zr4+and Al3+on the dynamic friction coefficient of phosphating surface on galvanized steel strip during the phosphating process were investigated.The influence of compound saponification agent on the dynamic friction coefficient of phosphating and saponification surface during saponification was also researched.The results show that Zr4+and Al3+in phosphating solution contribute significantly to the reduction of dynamic friction coefficient on the phosphating surface of galvanized steel strip,and the dynamic friction coefficient of phosphating surface on galvanized steel strip reduces to 0.14-0.16 after complex saponification treatment of aluminum rigid acid,which is similar to the dynamic friction coefficient of phosphating-saponification surface on imported galvanized steel strip.The optimized phosphating and saponification surface of galvanized steel strip has better hydrophobicity and can improve its corrosion resistance.The type test results show that the dynamic friction coefficient of galvanized steel strip surface after phosphating-saponification treatment is lower than 0.16.
