碎粉岩地层水平旋喷注浆扩散加固规律与影响因素研究
Study on diffusion reinforcement law and influencing factors of horizontal rotary jet grouting in ultracataclasite strata

Abstract
Horizontal rotary jet grouting is an important means to realize the effective reinforcement of dense and weak strata with fine particle structure.At present,researches on the diffusion patterns of rotary jet grouting,characteristics of reinforcement strength,and mechanical response laws of the grouted medium are insufficient.Based on a self-developed simulation test system of rotary jet grouting,the spatial morphology and strength characteristics of grouting reinforced bodies were investigated using ultracataclasite exposed in the Xianglushan Tunnel of the Dianzhong Water Diversion Project in Yunnan Province.The influences of grouting pressure,rotating speed,and lifting speed on the diffusion range of the grout and the reinforcement strength were analyzed.The dynamic response law of the injected medium pressure in the process of rotary jet grouting was explored.The findings reveal that the grouting reinforced bodies formed by rotary jet grouting exhibit an irregularly shaped structure resembling a circular truncated cone,with a large frontal area and a small rear area.The diameter of the cross-section gradually decreases with increasing lifting distance of the grouting pipe,which can be divided into two stages of rapid and slow decrease.The key control parameters of rotary jet grouting significantly influence the diffusion range of the grout and the reinforcement strength.The diffusion range and reinforcement strength are positively correlated with grouting pressure,while negatively correlated with the rotating speed and lifting speed of the grouting pipe.Specifically,increasing grouting pressure notably enhances reinforcement strength,with improvements ranging from 3.8%to 46.2%within the range of 1 to 3 MPa.Conversely,the rotating speed has a minor weakening effect on reinforcement strength.During the process of rotary jet grouting,the earth pressure of the injected medium exhibits fluctuating patterns,with the frequency of fluctuations closely correlated to the rotating speed.The change of the average earth pressure is characterized by two stages of fluctuating increase in the first stage and gradual stabilization in the later stage.This trend indicates that the cutting,impacting,and compacting effects of rotary jet grouting on ultracataclasite are gradually enhanced,which is conducive to the enhancement of the reinforcing effect.These relevant findings can provide valuable insights and references for the design of horizontal rotary jet grouting schemes,optimization of control parameters,and evaluation of reinforcement effectiveness in dense and weak strata.关键词
