Analysis of influence of harmonic waveform and Gaussian waveform of high-speed wheel polygons on dynamic vehicle-track interaction

摘要

Abstract

A rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of the vehicle-track system was established,with both the harmonic waveform and the Gaussian waveform being utilized as excitation inputs to systematically investigate their effects on system dynamics.The results show that,within the speed range of 100-300 km/h,the wheel-rail force,vertical vibration accelerations of both axle box and rail,as well as the fastener force are found to be significantly greater when induced by Gaussian-type polygonal wear compared to harmonic-type wear,which is attributed to the wavelength characteristics of Gaussian-type wear.At higher speeds of 350-400 km/h,the differences in wheel-rail forces and axle box vibration accelerations between the two wear types are observed to become negligible.The vibration acceleration of the axle box under Gaussian-type polygonal wear is demonstrated to be inversely proportional to the fitting standard deviation σ,with smaller σ values corresponding to greater vibration amplitudes.
