摘要

Abstract

The migration and transformation law of heavy metals and harmful elements in Chinese medicinal materials and corresponding rhizosphere soil in Zhangye area was studied,and risk identification was carried out for planting varieties and planting areas,so as to warn farmers of potential pollution risks and guide them to select seeds and land scientifically.Samples of Radix Isatidis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali and their corresponding root soil were collected in Zhangye City.Lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),mercury(Hg)and copper(Cu)in Radix Isatidis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali and their corresponding root soil were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Using Origin analysis software,combined with principal component analysis(PCA)and correlation analysis(CA),bio-concentration factor(BCF)and other multivariate analysis methods were used to analyze the results.PCA analysis showed that there were significant differences of 5 heavy metal elements in medicinal materials,but no significant differences of 5 heavy metal elements in rhizosphere soil.CA analysis showed that there was no correlation between Pb,As,Hg,Cu and soil-medicine system,but positive correlation between Cd and soil-medicine system.The results of BCF evaluation showed that the BCF values of 5 elements were all less than 1.Therefore,there was no obvious enrichment effect of 5 heavy metal elements in Radix Isatidis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali in the main producing area of Zhangye City,which could be used as a good planting area for these varieties with low pollution risk.
