胆芩翘口服液质量标准的建立
Establishment of quality standard for Danqinqiao oral liquid

Abstract
Thin-layer chromatography was used for the qualitative analysis of suis fellis pulvis,Scutellaria baicalensis extract and Forsythia suspensa extract in self-researched Danqinqiao oral liquid,and the content of suis fellis pulvis(hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid)and Scutellaria baicalensis extract(baicalin),the main components in the preparation,were determined based on high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the thin-layer chromatographic spots were clearly visible and well separated,and the negative control samples were not interfered.Hyodeoxycholic acid,chenodeoxycholic acid and baicalin showed good linear relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 0.2-0.6 mg/mL,0.2-0.6 mg/mL and 0.025-0.125 mg/mL,with the recoveries RSD of 0.74%,0.61%and 0.40%,respectively.The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the identification of suis fellis pulvis,Scutellaria baicalensis extract,Forsythia suspensa extract and the determination of the content of hyodeoxycholic,chenodeoxycholic acid and baicalin in Danqinqiao oral liquid.关键词
