基于ICP-MS法同时测定黄参中多种微量元素
Simultaneous determination of multiple microelements in Sphallerocarpus gracilis based on ICP-MS

Abstract
The method for determination of 31 microelements in Sphallerocarpus gracilis was established based on ICP-MS with microwave digestion,and 31 microelements in 11 batches of Sphallerocarpus gracilis were measured and analyzed,so as to preliminarily explore the types and contents of microelements,and the distribution of heavy metals and harmful elements in Sphallerocarpus gracilis.Samples were pre-treated by microwave digestion.The contents of 31 microelements in Sphallerocarpus gracilis were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS through online correction of internal tagging and quantity of external tagging.The results showed that the contents of Cu,Al,Fe,Mn,Ba,Zn,Sr within the range of 1-1 000 ng/mL,the contents of Au,Li,As,Cd,Ce,Co,Cr,Cs,Ni,I,La,Pb,Ag,V,W,Mo,Ti,Pt,Sb,Se,Y,Tl,Te,Sn within the range of 0.05-25.00 ng/mL,the standard curve of microelement had a good linear relationships between the mass concentrations and the corresponding intensities with R≥0.995 0.The average recovery rates of each microelement at high,medium and low levels were 87.5%-104.5%.The RSD of precision test and repeatability test were≤2.0%and≤2.2%,respectively.The contents of the microelements in Sphallerocarpus gracilis from high to low were Fe>Al>Sr>Mn>Ti>Zn>Cu>Ba>Ni>V>Ce>I>Mo>Co>Cr>La>Pb>As>Ag>Sn=Y>Cs>Te>Au>W=Se>Cd.The contents of Li,Pt,Sb and Tl were below the detection limit.The contents of heavy metals and harmful elements such as Pb,Cd,As and Cu were all within the limit range,and the pollution risk was relatively small.The study can simultaneously determine multiple microelements in Sphallerocarpus gracilis with advantages of high sensitivity,good reproducibility,shorter testing times,and lower testing costs.It can provide support of theoretical data for the quality control,security risk assessment and high-quality development of the industry of Sphallerocarpus gracilis.关键词
