Abstract
The blade disk coupling structure is a key structure in power turbomachinery.Analyzing and summarizing the influence laws of interface parameters on the modal characteristics of the blade-disk coupling system are the basis for ac-curate prediction of vibration characteristics and the design and development of the blade-disk structures.This article takes a power turbine as an example to establish a finite element simulation model of a blade-disk coupling structure with a fir-tree shaped discontinuous interface and a blade crown.Multiple sets of different interface parameters and operating states were set,and the modal characteristics of the blade-disk coupling system under different operating conditions were calculated.The influence of interface parameters on the modal characteristics of the blade-disk coupling system was analyzed.The research results indicate that the contact stiffness has the most significant impact on the vibration characteristics of the blade-disk structure among the interface parameters.This article provides a necessary theoretical support and technical guidance for the performance prediction and the improvement of the power turbine blade-disk coupling systems.关键词
