小型往复式双缸压缩机排气噪声数值研究
Numerical Analysis of Exhaust Noise of a Small Reciprocating Double Cylinder Compressor

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of excessive noise caused by large amount of turbulence in the exhaust muffler of a small double-cylinder reciprocating compressor.the internal flow field of the reciprocating compressor was simulated by means of Fluent software.It was found through the analysis that the component which affects noise is the pressing block.Then,the clearance between the pressing block and the exhaust valve reed and the slopes of the upper and lower walls of the pressing block were optimized.The results show that changing the clearance and slope can affect the gas flow and noise.When the clearance is 0.6 mm and the slope is 2°,more compressed gas can flow to the outlet,the airflow velocity distribu-tion is more uniform,and the noise can be reduced by 2.0 dB.关键词
