无叶风扇柯恩达面处气动噪声敏感性分析
Sensitivity Analysis of Aerodynamic Noise at the Coanda Surface of Bladeless Fans

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of overlarge aerodynamic noise of bladeless fans,the sensitivity analysis of aerodynamic noise of the Coanda surface based on Class Function/Shape Function Transformation(CST)parameterization method was carried out.Firstly,the Coanda surface was constructed with NACA0012 airfoil and spline curve,and the wind circle section and three-dimensional model of the bladeless fan were established.Then,the flow and aerodynamic noise at the Coanda surface were analyzed by numerical simulation,and the accuracy of the results was verified by experiments.Fi-nally,a parametric model of the Coanda surface was established.With aerodynamic noise as the target response,the first or-der sensitivity coefficient and the total sensitivity coefficient of Bernstein polynomial in the parametric model were calculat-ed by combining Sobol method with Kriging proxy model,and the parameters that have a greater influence on aerodynamic noise were found.The results show that the main factors affecting the aerodynamic noise at the Coanda surface are the thick-ness of the wind circle section,the radius of the leading edge and the thickness of the trailing edge.关键词
