Abstract

In order to solve the problem of overlarge aerodynamic noise of bladeless fans,the sensitivity analysis of aerodynamic noise of the Coanda surface based on Class Function/Shape Function Transformation(CST)parameterization method was carried out.Firstly,the Coanda surface was constructed with NACA0012 airfoil and spline curve,and the wind circle section and three-dimensional model of the bladeless fan were established.Then,the flow and aerodynamic noise at the Coanda surface were analyzed by numerical simulation,and the accuracy of the results was verified by experiments.Fi-nally,a parametric model of the Coanda surface was established.With aerodynamic noise as the target response,the first or-der sensitivity coefficient and the total sensitivity coefficient of Bernstein polynomial in the parametric model were calculat-ed by combining Sobol method with Kriging proxy model,and the parameters that have a greater influence on aerodynamic noise were found.The results show that the main factors affecting the aerodynamic noise at the Coanda surface are the thick-ness of the wind circle section,the radius of the leading edge and the thickness of the trailing edge.
