基于改进FRFT搜索方法的转子碰摩故障诊断

Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty to detect slight rub-impact faults signals of rotor systems,this paper proposed an im-proved fractional Fourier transform search method to achieve accurate detection and classification of the rub-impact faults.Firstly,a new method for determining the optimal order using optimization of the kurtosis in fractional domain was proposed to obtain the fractional domain optimal order and central filter of the vibration signals during rotor rubbing.In addition,based on the determined central filter and the frequency components contained in the vibration signals,the filter range was further determined to obtain more accurate fault features.Moreover,the extracted fractional domain features were combined with support vector machine to construct a rotor rub-impact fault classifier,so as to achieve the early detection and accurate diagnosis of rub-impact faults of the rotor system.Numerical simulation and experimental comparison show that the im-proved search method can significantly improve the accuracy of rub-impact fault diagnosis of rotor systems,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
