摘要

Abstract

The acoustic vibration characteristics of carbon fiber,glass fiber composite laminates and corresponding sandwich panels were studied.Experimental testing and corresponding theoretical analysis show that the sound insulation of composite materials conforms to the law of sound insulation quality.Glass fiber composite materials exhibit better sound in-sulation performance than carbon fiber composite materials;Generally,the sound insulation performance of fiber composite material-base panels is not as good as that of aluminum profiles.So,it is necessary to consider using some other acoustic ma-terials for compensation when designing fiber composite vehicle bodies.Compared to aluminum alloy materials used in car bodies,carbon fiber composite materials have better advantages in damping and vibration reduction.Damping coating can improve the sound insulation performance of fiber composite materials,shorten the attenuation time of vibration energy,ef-fectively suppress vibration and reduce structural vibration sound radiation.This work may provide a reference for the engi-neering application of fiber composite materials for rail vehicles.
