摘要

Abstract

With the continuous increasing of the speed of high-speed trains,the noise in compartment is more difficult to control,but the noise is one of the main factors affecting the comfort.Higher noise level in the compartment will also cause the vibration of train parts,so as to accelerate the fatigue damage of train parts and reduce their service life.Therefore,it is necessary to study the sound insulation performance of train compartment,and the sound transmission loss(STL)is an important index to measure the sound insulation performance of materials.This paper mainly researches the single-layer and multi-layer composite materials at the bottom and side of a high-speed train compartment.The actual test value of the STL was obtained through the experimental test,and the theoretical value and tested value of the STL were analyzed.In order to improve the sound insulation performance of the compartment side,two kinds of schemes were proposed,namely,doubling the area density of the Nomax honeycomb panel of the multi-layer composite material on the side of compartment or dou-bling the thickness of air layer of the window.The results show that the former scheme can significantly increases the sound insulation at the sides of the compartment.
