摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain a new device that can effectively reduce the noise of substations(converter stations),this paper optimizes the sound absorption material with good acoustic performance,and uses the gradient structure to design the new noise reduction device.The results show that increasing bulk density and thickness can increase the low-frequency sound absorption coefficient of rock wool,basalt and aluminum silicate,while basalt and aluminum silicate still have high high-frequency sound absorption coefficient.By using Comsol to simulate the acoustic performance of different gradient structures,it was found that the sound pressure attenuation of 80+110 kg/m3 gradient structure aluminum silicate is the high-est,which reaches 28.1 dB.Finally,a new noise reduction device with panel+gradient structure aluminum silicate+sound insulation board was designed.After the weather resistance test,this device still has good acoustic performance and perfor-mance retention rate.The noise reduction coefficient is 0.8,the acoustic performance retention rate is 94%.
