Abstract
Discharge systems are always producing high injection noise during the ground test for valve of hydrogen-oxygen rocket engines.In this paper,the small hole injection muffler was designed for the discharge systems based on the in-jection noise theory and the frequency-shifter principle of small hole injection.In order to achieve the effect of high noise re-duction,a double-layer small hole injection muffler was studied and designed.The noise reduction effect and structure strength of the double-layer small hole injection muffler was simulated by simulation software,which proved the feasibility of the design.The double-layer small hole injection muffler was produced and its noise reduction performance was measured and proved good by testing.The noise reductions of theoretical calculation and actual measurement were 30.7 dB(A)and 30.4 dB(A)respectively.The frequency-shifter principle of small hole injection was verified by noise spectrum through the theoretical simulation and actual measurement.Through theoretical analysis,simulation and measurement,the feasibility of application of the double-layer small hole injection muffler to discharge system of hydrogen-oxygen rocket engine ground test was verified.This study provides a new research method for the future design of small hole injection mufflers.关键词
