Acoustic Under-testing Analysis and Verification for an MEO Navigation Satellite

Abstract
The sound pressure level(SPL)of an MEO Navigation Satellite fails to achieve the required spectrum of acoustic test.In order to resolve the issue,the operation principle of the acoustic test system and its impact on the sound spec-trum control were carefully examined,and a fault tree was established to pinpoint the test issue,and theoretical analysis and experimental investigation methods were used to locate experimental problems.In order to avoid similar under-testing prob-lems of other networked satellites,theoretical analysis was combined with 1:1 structural satellite testing and debugging,and three improvement measures,such as adjusting the sound source system equipment configuration,optimizing the sound spec-trum test parameters,and setting some monitoring sound sensors,were proposed.Finally,on this basis,the acoustic tests of the subsequent satellites were successfully completed.The improvement measures also provide some references for other acoustic tests,and reduce the risk of under-testing and over-testing.关键词
