Abstract
To replace physical prototype by virtual prototype in the process of whole vehicle innovation development,the virtual prototype technique of road noise based on NVH digital twin platform was proposed.First of all,the audio array which consists of multiple speakers and subwoofers was calibrated binaurally using three-dimensional spatial sound field simulation technique,thus a three-dimensional spatial sound field system that can reproduce the frequency of road noise was built.Then,the road noise of coasting down or accelerating separated by operational transfer function was reconstructed by using NVH digital twin platform to build a road noise database that covers the entire speed operating range,thereby the three-dimensional space sound field of road noise under arbitrary driving conditions of the driving simulator was accurately reproduced.In this way,a virtual prototype of road noise which maps the physical prototype was created,and the digital pro-cess for road noise assessment,benchmark and target setting was realized.关键词
