为明确不同干燥方式对小籽花生萌发及幼苗根系抗氧化系统的影响,2023 年在湖南省永州市农业科学研究所花生试验基地以新收获的小籽花生湘花 5011 为试验材料,设置 6 种干燥方式处理,对不同处理花生的含水量、种子活力、质膜透性和根系抗氧化系统相关酶活性进行比较分析.结果显示:6 种干燥方式处理花生的含水量均小于 10%,符合花生存储要求;不同处理花生的发芽率都超过 90%,但发芽势差异较大,均为去壳棚下阴干处理显著高于其他处理;去壳棚下阴干和带壳棚下阴干处理花生的质膜透性较小,浸泡 48h时,带壳暴晒晒干处理花生的相对电导率分别是带壳棚下阴干和去壳棚下阴干处理的 2.08、2.48 倍,去壳暴晒晒干处理的相对电导率分别是带壳棚下阴干和去壳棚下阴干处理的 1.94、2.31 倍;幼苗根系的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性随播种后时间的延长表现出不同的变化规律,均以去壳棚下阴干和带壳棚下阴干处理较低,其他处理均波动较大后逐渐平稳.综合分析,小籽花生采用传统干燥留种工艺时,以阴干的干燥方式,特别是去壳棚下阴干的方式较好,有利于保证花生种子质量.

In order to verify the effects of different drying methods on seed germination and antioxidant system of seedling roots of peanut,the newly harvested small-seeded peanut variety Xianghua 5011 was used as the experimental material at the peanut experimental base of Yongzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute in Hunan Province in 2023.Six drying methods were set up to compare and analyze the moisture content,seed vigor,plasma membrane permeability,and related enzyme activities of the root antioxidant system of peanuts treated with different methods.The results showed that the mois-ture content of peanuts treated with six drying methods was all less than 10%,meeting the peanut storage requirements;the germination rate of peanuts treated with different methods all exceeded 90%,but the germination potential varied greatly,with the shelling and air-drying treatment being significantly higher than other treatments;the plasma membrane permea-bility of peanuts treated with shelling and air-drying and shelling and air-drying was smaller.When soaked for 48 hours,the relative conductivity of peanuts treated with shelling and sun-drying was 2.08 and 2.48 times that of shelling and air-drying and shelling and air-drying treatments,respectively.The relative conductivity of peanuts treated with shelling and sun-drying was 1.94 and 2.31 times that of shelling and air-drying and shelling and air-drying treatments,respective-ly.The MDA content and SOD,POD,CAT,and GR activities in seedling roots showed different changing patterns with the extension of time after sowing,with shelling and air-drying and shelling and air-drying treatments being lower,while other treatments fluctuated greatly before gradually stabilizing.Comprehensive analysis shows that among the traditional drying and seed-saving techniques for small-seeded peanuts,air-drying methods,especially shelling and air-drying,are better for ensuring the quality of peanut seeds in the following year.
