外源钾对复合盐胁迫下棉花幼苗光合特性及根系的影响
Effects of Exogenous Potassium on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Root System of Cotton Seedlings under Compound Salt Stress

Abstract
In order to explore the cultivation measures of cotton under compound salt stress and provide a basis for cotton planting in saline-alkali soil,a pot experiment was carried out,using Cangmian 666 as material,and different degrees of compound salt stress(0,4,6 g/kg)and exogenous potassium fertilizer application amounts(0,40,80,120 and 200 mg/kg)were set up to compare and analyze the photosynthetic characteristics and root indicators of cotton seedlings under different treatments.The results showed that under compound salt stress,application of exogenous potassium could increase the SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate,fluorescence characteristic parameters,root length,root surface area and root volume of cotton to varying degrees.Under salt-free stress,when the exogenous potassium application amount was 80-120 mg/kg,the SPAD,net photosynthetic rate,fluorescence characteristic parameters,root characteristic parameters and biomass of the main stem and leaf of cotton seedlings performed better;under compound salt stress,the treatment applying 120-200 mg/kg exogenous potassium performed better,and both were significantly higher than that without potassium applica-tion.Comprehensive analysis shows that the application of exogenous potassium can alleviate the damage of cotton seedlings to salt stress to a certain extent and promote their photosynthesis and root growth.At the same time,with the intensification of compound salt stress,the demand for exogenous potassium will further increase.关键词
