外源水杨酸和赤霉素对盐胁迫下千穗谷种子萌发的缓解效应
Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid and Gibberellin on Salt Tolerance of Amaranthus hypochondriacus Seeds During Germination

Abstract
To explore the effects of exogenous salicylic acid(SA)and gibberellin(GA3)on the seed germination of Ama-ranthus hypochondriacus under NaCl stress,the germplasm resource numbered Ahy1288 was used in this study as the ex-perimental material.The inhibitory effects of different concentrations of NaCl(0,50,100,150,200,250 mmol/L)on seed germination were analyzed.The optimal concentrations of exogenous SA(0.1,0.5,1.0 mmol/L)and GA3(100,150,200 mg/L)for seed soaking treatment were systematically evaluated by measuring germination rate,germination potential,ger-mination index,vigor index and seedling growth indicators.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl stress concen-tration,all germination indicators of Amaranthus hypochondriacus seeds,as well as the lengths of shoots and roots,de-creased.The addition of exogenous hormones could alleviate the inhibitory effect of salt stress to varying degrees.Among them,0.1 mmol/L SA and 150 mg/L GA3 had the most obvious effects,and the effect of 150 mg/L GA3 was better than that of 0.1 mmol/L SA.Therefore,soaking seeds in 150 mg/L GA3 or 0.1 mmol/L SA can be used as an effective strategy for promoting the planting of Amaranthus hypochondriacus in saline-alkali land.关键词
