The Effect of Overwintering Surface Cover on the Polysaccharide Content and Growth Photosynthetic Characteristics of Lilium lancifolium

为研究越冬期间地表覆盖对卷丹生长、光合特性与产量形成及品质的影响,于 2022 年 9 月-2023 年 8 月在湖南省龙山县开展试验,以不覆盖为对照,设置鲜茅草覆盖、干稻草覆盖 2 个覆盖处理,对不同处理卷丹的生长特性指标、产量和品质进行比较分析.结果表明:覆盖处理对卷丹的株高、地径、叶面积、鲜产量、鳞茎周径、多糖含量均有促进作用.鲜茅草覆盖处理卷丹的周径、鲜产量较对照显著增加 6.17%、9.62%;干稻草覆盖处理卷丹的日均净光合速率、胞间 CO2 浓度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均较高,且鲜产量、周径分别较对照显著提高 10.41%、8.56%,多糖含量分别较鲜茅草覆盖处理和对照显著提高 5.54%、9.45%.综合分析,越冬期间地表覆盖能够促进卷丹生长,提高卷丹的光合特性、产量和多糖含量,本试验条件下,以干稻草覆盖效果较好.

In order to study the impact of overwintering surface coverage on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics,yield formation and quality of Lilium lancifolium,an experiment was carried out from September 2022 to August 2023 at Longshan County,Hunan Province.With no coverage as a control,two coverage treatments of fresh straw coverage and dry straw coverage were set up to compare the growth characteristics indicators,yield and quality of Lilium lancifolium under different treatments.The results showed that the mulch treatment promoted the plant height,ground diameter,leaf area,fresh yield,bulb circumference and polysaccharide content of Lilium lancifolium.The circumferential diameter and fresh yield of Lilium lancifolium treated with fresh thatched covering significantly increased by 6.17%and 9.62%compared with the control.The daily average net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance and transpira-tion rate of Lilium lancifolium treated with dry straw were higher,and the fresh yield and circumferential diameter were sig-nificantly increased by 10.41%and 8.56%respectively compared with the control,and the polysaccharide content was sig-nificantly increased by 5.54%and 9.45%respectively compared with the fresh thatched covering treatment and the con-trol.Comprehensive analysis shows that overwintering surface covering can promote the growth of Lilium lancifolium and improve its photosynthetic characteristics,yield and polysaccharide content.Under the conditions of this test,the covering effect with dry rice straw is better.
