不同海拔烤烟根际土壤真菌多样性及群落结构分析
Analysis of Fungi Diversity and Community Structure in Tobacco Rhizosphere Soils of Different Altitudes

Abstract
In order to explore the changing characteristics of fungal community diversity in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere soil at different altitudes in Shimen tobacco growing area,four experimental sites with altitudes of 169.9(HLG),383.5(PD),750.8(ZHL),and 1 250.4 m(GLP)were selected in Shimen County to collect flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere soil,and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to compare and analyze the fungal diversity of the soil.The re-sults showed that the soil physical and chemical properties of test sites at different altitudes were different.The soil in HLG area was acidic,and the other three test sites belonged to neutral soil.The soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali-hydro-lyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus contents in middle and high altitude test sites were lower than those in low alti-tude areas,while the available potassium content was higher in low altitude areas.There were differences in the diversity and abundance of fungal communities in the rhizosphere soil of flue-cured tobacco among the four altitude test points.The soil fungal communities in the low altitude area(HLG)were the richest,and the soil fungal communities in the high alti-tude area(GLP)were the highest.Altitude had a significant impact on the soil fungal community structure,and the diffe-rences between treatments increased with the increase of altitude.Ascomcota is the dominant phylum at all four altitudes,and its relative abundance in HLG,PD,ZHL,and GLP groups was 78.87%,84.41%,45.20%,and 81.25%respectively,and the content of available potassium,available phosphorus,total nitrogen and organic matter were the main driving factors for the fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of flue-cured toba-cco.Comprehensive analysis shows that altitude has a significant impact on the physical and chemical properties,fungal community structure and diversity of flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere soil.关键词
