摘要

Abstract

In order to breed a new variety of high-yield and high-quality double-low rapeseed suitable for mechanization production,Huyou 21 and Huayouza6 were used as parents,andthrough hybridization and multi-generation self-crossing,combined with directional screening,a new high-quality and high-yield double-low rapeseed variety Huyou 43 suitable for mechanization was finally bred.In the multi-site adaptability test from 2019 to 2021,the average yield of this variety was 3559.5 kg/hm2,which was 5.3%higher than that of the control variety Huyou 21.The growth period of this variety was 220 days,the plant height was 155 cm,the number of effective pods per plant was 468,the number of seeds per pod was 21,the 1000-grain weight was 4.77 g,the susceptibility to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was low,and the resistance to cracking pods and lodging resistance were strong.The seed oil content was 46.6%,glucosinolate content was 11.4 μmol/g,and eru-cic acid content was 0.The breeding process,characteristics and main cultivation techniques of Huyou 43 were introduced.
