花油两用油菜新品种扬花油1号的选育
Breeding of a New Dual-Purpose Rapeseed Variety Yanghuayou No.1 for Ornamental and Oil Production
摘要
Abstract
Aiming to develop multifunctional rapeseed varieties,a new Brassica napus variety,Yanghuayou No.1,was ob-tained through hybrid breeding of rapeseed with flower color variation,combining both ornamental and oil production traits.This variety showed deep yellow flowers,234.9 d growth period,133.6 cm plant height,415.3 effective siliques per plant,20.3 seeds per silique,and 4.93 g 1 000-seed weight.Quality assessment results indicated an oil content of 49.8%,a glucosinolate content of 28.7 μmol/g,and an erucic acid content of 0.27%.In two years of joint evaluation trials,the average yield of Yanghua you No.1 was 2 714.18 kg/hm2,with low resistance to stem rot diseases,moderate resistance to viral diseases,and strong lodging resistance.This paper presents the breeding process,variety characteristics,yield perform-ance,and cultivation techniques,providing a reference for the promotion and application of this variety.关键词
