摘要
Abstract
Colored rice is rich in nutrients and has health care functions.In recent years,the Dong Autonomous County of Xinhuang City,Hunan Province has vigorously developed the Dongcang red rice industry.At present,the industrial chain is basically complete and the industry has begun to take shape.The article analyzes the historical and cultural background and industrial development status of Dongcang red rice,introduces the breeding of red rice varieties,and puts forward sugges-tions on improving policy protection,tapping the value of the birthplace of rice farming culture,strengthening provenance protection,improving processing techniques and production and marketing models to promote the high-quality development of Xinhuang Dongcang red rice industry.关键词
