Analysis of the Influence of New Technology of Rice Seedling Raising and Transplanting on Seedling Quality and Machine Transplanting Quality

Abstract
Reducing costs and improving benefits are the key to the optimization of mechanized rice transplanting technolo-gy.By analyzing the problems existing in mechanized rice seedling raising and transplanting.Introduces several new and simplified rice seedling raising and transplanting technologies,including rock wool seedling raising,dense sowing nurseling seeding mechanical transplanting and long mattray-free mechanical transplanting,and analyze their advantages.The seed-ling raising performance of rock wool is that the rice seedlings grow strong,and seedlings have strong roots and the knotting force is good;dense sowing nurseling seedlings greatly save the space of seedling raising,shorten the process of seedling raising,and improve the efficiency of machine transplanting.Long mat seedling raising reduces labor force,and cooperates with unmanned transplanting to achieve simpler and more efficient rice machine transplanting.The effects of various tech-niques on seedling quality and machine transplanting quality were described in detail.The technical difficulties and prob-lems of various simplified seedling raising and transplanting technologies are pointed out,and their future development di-rections are prospected.In order to provide theoretical and practical support for promoting the simplification,high efficiency and low cost of rice transplanting.关键词
