温胆汤加减联合西药对痰湿壅盛型高血压伴失眠患者的影响
Effects of the Modified Wendan Decoction Combined with Western Medicines on Patients with Phlegm-dampness Congested Type Hypertension with Insomnia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Wendan Decoction Combined with western medicines on patients with phlegm-dampness congested type hypertension with insomnia.Method:Sixty patients with phlegm-dampness congested type hypertension with insomnia who attended the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Lishui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given western medicine treatment,oral Amlodipine and Estazolam,and the observation group was given modified Wendan Decoction treatment on this basis,and the efficacy was evaluated after observation for 10 weeks.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,quality of life index(QLI)scores,blood pressure,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of PSQI scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,QLI scores,blood pressure,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI score,symptom score,blood pressure,inflammatory factors(interleukin-1β,tumour necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein)were significantly reduced and QLI scores were increased in the two groups,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment of insomnia in the observation group(76.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the combination of western medicine with the modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-dampness congestive type hypertension with insomnia is better,which can significantly improve the quality of sleep,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the patients,and improve the quality of life,and also has a certain anti-hypertensive and anti-inflammatory effects.关键词
