Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of herbal fumigation combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis who treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection,the observation group was treated with herbal fumigation on the treatment of control group.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,arthritis condition[Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index scale]and local microcirculation status[concentration of moving blood cell(CMBC),microcirculation blood perfusion(MBP)and transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure(TcPO2)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index score and local microcirculation state indexes between two groups(P>0.05);after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores and WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the local microcirculation status indexes were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of herbal fumigation combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis is better,and its safety is high,it can improve the local microcirculation state.关键词
