Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with airway special nursing under the guidance of quantitative evaluation strategy for mechanical ventilation(MV)patients with severe pneumonia in ICU.Method:A total of 100 patients with severe pneumonia who admitted to the ICU of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with airway special nursing under the guidance of quantitative evaluation strategy,and both groups were continued nursing until the patients discharged.The respiratory function,rehabilitation,blood gas indexes and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group after nursing,the levels of respiratory function indexes and blood gas indexes in the observation group were better,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the rehabilitation times of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with airway special nursing under the guidance of quantitative evaluation strategy for MV patients with severe pneumonia in ICU can improve respiratory function and lung function,shorten recovery time,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
