摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of transitional multidimensional comprehensive nursing strategy combined with conventional pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and respiratory failure.Method:A total of 102 patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure admitted to Emergency Medicine Ward of Suzhou Municipal Hospital Baita Campus from April 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received conventional pulmonary rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received the transitional multidimensional comprehensive nursing strategy in addition to the conventional care. The arterial blood gas indicators, pulmonary function indicators, quality of life before and after nursing, and incidence of complications were compared in both groups.Result:After nursing, the oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),forced vital capacity(FVC),and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Saint George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)total score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The transitional multidimensional comprehensive nursing strategy combined with conventional pulmonary rehabilitation can significantly improve arterial blood gas indicators, pulmonary function, and quality of life in patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure, while reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
