摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of linkage of limbs under multi-channel functional electrical stimulation in stroke patients.Method:A total of 88 patients diagnosed with stroke were selected from Fujian Honorary Military Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method. Both groups received conventional rehabilitation training. The conventional group(n=44)received conventional limb linkage intervention, while the experimental group(n=44)received linkage of limbs under multi-channel functional electrical stimulation intervention. The Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale lower limb part(FMA-L),Berg balance scale(BBS),functional ambulation category scale(FAC),timed up and go test(TUGT),10 m maximum walking speed(10 m MWS),stroke specific quality of life(SS-QOL),and activities of daily living scale(ADL)and satisfaction.Result:After intervention, the FMA-L score of the experimental group was(25.36±2.33)points,BBS score was(40.52±3.66)points,FAC score was(3.66±1.03)points,10 m MWS was(0.88±0.15)m/s,SS-QOL score was(186.55±22.45)points,and ADL score was(72.58±5.72)points,which were higher than(21.56±2.35)points,(33.56±3.65)points,(2.68±1.02)points,(0.71±0.16)m/s,(156.52±22.53)points,(60.52±5.66)points of the conventional group, and the TUGT score was(24.66±3.65)s points, which was lower than(28.65±4.35)s of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction comparison of the experimental group 95.45%,which was higher than 77.27%of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through linkage of Limbs under multi-channel functional electrical stimulation intervention can effectively improve the lower limb function of stroke patients, enhance the balance, restore the motor function, improve the quality of life, and obtaine the satisfaction.关键词
